About Us

Catholic Guilt is the brainchild of Australian multi-disciplinary artist Ella Jackson. Inspired by dreams, art, history and religion, Ella imagines distant and dying lands, hidden and forgotten spaces and paths not yet traveled. She invites the viewer to explore these landscapes with her through the mediums of chainmail, sound, word and structure. Chaos and decay. Wound and rebirth. Every Catholic Guilt piece is a future artefact or holy relic, waiting to be unearthed by distant civilisations.
